Your phcity19 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. phcity19 accounts have no monetary value outside of the Platform and may not be traded or exchanged.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phcity19 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

phcity19 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from phcity19's own negligence or breach.
phcity19 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your phcity19 account and are subject to change.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your phcity19 account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used. phcity19 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to phcity19's anti-money laundering procedures. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. phcity19 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, with GCash and Maya withdrawals typically completing within minutes of approval.
phcity19 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where phcity19 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on phcity19 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phcity19 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency or any form of cryptocurrency.
phcity19 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms. General bonus conditions include:

All content on the phcity19 Platform, including but not limited to: the phcity19 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video content, is the exclusive intellectual property of phcity19 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcity19 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phcity19 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
phcity19's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcity19 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phcity19 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phcity19 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service that are beyond phcity19's reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or actions of third-party service providers.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phcity19's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your phcity19 account at any time by contacting phcity19 support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the phcity19 Platform is immediately revoked. In the event of any dispute between you and phcity19, you agree to first contact phcity19 support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. phcity19 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phcity19 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
phcity19 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phcity19 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the phcity19 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.1.
